• All AP students must download the AP testing application from Intune on or before April 27, 2021.
• All AP students must complete the steps for "digital testing readiness" on or before April 27, 2027
• If a student encounters a problem that cannot be resolved with support from AP Teachers or AP Coordinator, the student must enter a ticket. Students should indicate, in the short description, “Device Tech Issue Needed for AP testing” DoIT will assign a group of techs to monitor these tickets to provide more immediate assistance as a priority ticket.
• Any support request entered/reported after April 27, 2021 will not be guaranteed to be resolved by the date of the student's exam.
• BCPS cannot support tech issues encountered on student-owned devices.
