Pre-Testing and Tech Deadlines

      All AP students must download the AP testing application from Intune on or before April 27, 2021.

      All AP students must complete the steps for "digital testing readiness" on or before April 27, 2027

      If a student encounters a problem that cannot be resolved with support from AP Teachers or AP Coordinator,  the student must enter a ticket.  Students should indicate, in the short description, “Device Tech Issue Needed for AP testing”  DoIT will assign a group of techs to monitor these tickets to provide more immediate assistance as a priority ticket.

      Any support request entered/reported after April 27, 2021 will not be guaranteed to be resolved by the date of the student's exam.

      BCPS cannot support tech issues encountered on student-owned devices.
